Pet Policy – No pets allowed – The  board may consider an exemption to this rule in special circumstances where the pet has been a lifelong companion, and is not expected to disturb other tenants. 

Window Covers – Not Included

Using your own appliances – subject to board approval any tenant may make some minor alterations to their living space at their own expense.  The tenant would be responsible for restoring the suite to its original state, upon vacating the unit.
