Pet Policy – No pets allowed – The board might waive this rule in special circumstances where the pet has been a lifelong companion, and is not expected to disturb any other tenants.
Window Covers – Not Included
Using your own appliances – subject to board approval any tenant may make some minor alterations to their living space at their own expense. The tenant would be responsible for restoring the suite to its original state, upon vacating the unit.
Waiting Lists – When an “Expression of Interest” (EOI) and cheque for $1,000 are submitted, and a suite is selected, you have the option of “wait-listing” for a unit(s) that you may prefer, but is currently reserved. This wait-list is strictly handled in order of the original EOI date. Your EOI is date/time stamped and this determines the eventual wait-list queue. There are no other considerations (e.g.: organization membership) for this queue.
