Suite Features

Independent Living suites range in size from 877 to 1352 sq.ft. to accommodate a wide range of needs and budgets. Suites have either one or two bedrooms and one or two bathrooms, to suit a variety of lifestyles. Sunrooms are provided, which take advantage of the countryside views. Living & Dining rooms feature large exterior windows to maximize indirect natural light and optimize the wide-open views of the surrounding landscaped grounds and rural neighbourhood. Kitchens are also open to the living and dining areas to take advantage of the natural light and views. All suites have at least one bathroom, which is designed for wheelchair access, although this amenity is not a necessity for all residents, it is meant to accommodate present or future needs of the residents. Finally, ample storage space is provided throughout each suite.
