2 bedroom, 2 bathroom suites have entrance fees from $142,000 which is fully refundable upon departure. Monthly rent from $1,439. There are 42 suites available (1200 - 1286 sq ft).
Monthly rent includes heat, hydro, water, property taxes,
building insurance, maintenance, reserve fund contribution,
and one heated indoor parking spot.
